"Do not listen to the word, and deceive yourselves. Do what it says." James 1:22
Find your special place at HHBC - there's a multitude of activities and ministries for you to get involved in! We are sure you will enjoy any one (or more!) of these opportunities. If you are interested in any of these ministries, please send an email for more information.
Birth - Pre-Kindergarten
Nursery/preschool classes/activities are provided for Bible Study and Worship Service.
Buildings and Grounds
The "Levites" assist in the care of all church facilities and equipment including grounds and building space. Gardners and persons with property and maintenance knowledge and expertise would be particularly helpful. ("Weeders" enjoy great fellowship as they tidy up the courtyard and foundation beds!) Call the church office to volunteer in this area.
Cambodian Mission
The Cambodian Mission has been in a part of Highland Heights for over twenty years. The Cambodian people living in Memphis are reaching their people here and also taking the gospel to their families and friends in Cambodia.
Open to children 1st through 6th grade. KidZone meets Wed. 6:30 - 8:00p.m. in Room 200 to help children know that God loves them. Bible Study, fun activities and fellowship help build a foundation of Godly character in the young lives of today - tomorrow's future!
Homebound
The purpose of this ministry is to provide an important connection between Highland Heights and members who are unable to attend worship or fellowship services.
The Homebound Ministry of Highland Heights volunteers brings their smiles and receives one in return as they visit their members who are confined to their homes and nursing homes. A visit and phone call is made at least once a month to our homebound friends.
The church was and is to be the vehicle through which Christ will continue to communicate His love for all persons. To learn more about becoming a Homebound Ministry volunteer, call 454-0546.
